Frog Rock Chambourcin 2006
Our Chambourcin is picked from a very small area of our vineyards, a variety that is still new to the wine consumer; we have discovered its potential of creating a unique wine that is further enhanced by the Mudgee growing conditions. The bouquet is full of fresh berry fruit aromas, and hints of spicy raisin, displaying subtle oak influence. The palate is full and round with a hint of pepper, and a soft lingering finish with naturally low tannins.

Frog Rock Verjuice 2004
An exciting addition to the Frog Rock Wine collection is the creation of Verjuice. It has been included in our range to become an essential ingredient in any gourmet's kitchen.
Verjuice provides a suble flavour to cooking which gives it a wonderful affinity with such foods as seafood, chicken and game meats. It may be included in vinigarettes, hollandaise or Beurre Blanc. It is great when pan frying chicken or seafood in nut brown butter then splash the pan with Verjuice.
As a drink Verjuice is delicious when chilled and served with soda water and ice.
Available in 375ml or 500ml bottles.
