Premium Chardonnay 2003
This wine is made using a complex range of winemaking techniques. A well balanced, layered Chardonnay that has elegant structure and French oak influence. Medium to full bodied with a finish that is long and clean.

This shiraz is deep red in colour and displays a complex range of characters. Aromas of forest fruits and plum abound with a palate complimented by spice and finely integrated French and American oak. This wine is ready to drink now or can be cellared up to 2009.

This wine is deep red with traces of purple and displays complex varietal fruit with underlying blackberry and integrated French oak. The palate displays rich berry fruit , fine tannin and along balanced finish. Will cellar up to 2009.
