Loading... Please wait...A long growing season of 2004 made the fruit capable of making wines of exceptional structure and elegance. Open vat fermentation with hand plunging to control tannins, then left on skins for a short soak post pre ferment before being matured in a mixture of American and French oak. A bouquet of mulberry and spice with gentle vanillin oak overlay. The palate shows vibrant berry fruit with an elegant finish of fine tannins and subtle background oak. 13.5% alc.
