Made using a complex range of winemaking techniques by Simon Gilbert. A well balanced layered wine that has elegant structure and French oak influence. A complex aroma of tropical fruit and peach with a fruit driven palate layered with nut overtones to a core displaying apple, white peach and melon fruit characters finishing long and clean.
