Traditionally made by David Lowe given cool fermentation to preserve the delicate fragrant aromas. Lifted grassy and lemon/lime characters following onto a well balanced palate that is intermingled with honey and straw like characters. A soft and finely drawn finish. Will continue to age for another 3 years. 11.5% alc.
