A fantastic vintage for Merlot. Made using traditional methods by Jane Wilson using open tank fermentation with continuous hand plunging to extract maximum colour and flavour in old American oak for 10 months. Fruit complexity of black cherries and tobacco leaf with soft velvety tannins. 13.5% alc.
